I´m responsible for talent management in Germany. In the beginning of my career at Fidor I was a working student collaborating with the Customer Service and Social Media teams. I gained a great understanding of Fidor’s innovative offering and the company’ s agenda towards customer centricity. Afterwards I joined the banking operations team, which was an eye opener to the skillset required to run a challenger bank from the ground up. I further grew my career within the HR department until I became the Teamlead of Recruiting with the challenges of developing the company’s strategy to source the best talents and help Fidor thrive.

I started my career at Fidor in 2015 as a working student in recruiting. Ever since, I challenged myself during many interesting projects, which gave me also the opportunity to write my Master's thesis at Fidor. All in all, Fidor offers an innovative and dynamic environment, where you can shape processes from the beginning. Although we are constantly growing, the working atmosphere is still relatable to a startup, characterized by familiarity and internationality.
