At Fidor Solutions, we bid goodbye to the demanding year of 2020 with some exciting news. Among the many milestones that we have achieved in the year 2020, few are mentioned below:

 

Fidor Solutions Embracing Change

On November 26, we publicly announced the intended acquisition of Fidor Solutions by Sopra Steria, a European leader in digital transformation. Sopra Steria is a French Multinational Company with over 46,000 employees in 25 countries generating a revenue of EU 4.4 billion in 2019 and listed on the French Stock Exchange. Their subsidiary, Sopra Banking Software, has 1500 clients in 80 countries with 5000 employees. 

With Sopra Steria’s wealth of financial products, their global network and their massive installed customer base, we at Fidor Solutions are truly excited to join the Sopra family. We genuinely believe that the Fidor Digital Platform is an exciting addition to the product suite and together with Sopra Banking Software, we will be able to create synergies and accelerate our efforts to achieve remarkable growth.

With this initiative, we proved once again that our community approach helps acquire new customers and drastically reduces the cost of acquisition compared to traditional channels.
